@VRam483 It’s not about strict method. If TK were a matter of steps 1, 2, 3, don’t you think it would be an established part of science by now? To use an analogy, you can’t teach a kid how to balance on his bicycle. He has to get on the bike and experience it, falling on his ass a few times first. Then balance comes with practice.

what exactly do you think in your mind, what are the exact thoughts flowing on your mind as you try to move the object with your mind?

I think the real reason most aren’t able to use their entire mind is that we are told from the time we’re children that you have do touch something to move it and thus we don’t believe in ourselves. It took years of reworking my brain to believe.

off your story i have a story of my own. so their was this women who had cancer and she was told by the best doctors with perfect results that she was going to di, and so one of the things she did b4 she died is she took a bath and while so she meditated deeply and had the willpower to focus on little stars of energy entering her body and popping the cancer cells. The day after that all the cancer cells were gone.I dont believe in the paranormal, because to me, it is normal.
